By creating an account or using Resumégpt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Resumégpt, based in Turku, Finland.
Resumégpt is an AI-powered application that generates tailored CVs, cover letters, and job-fit scores based on your professional profile and a job description you provide. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Resumégpt, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and your own.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Plans. We currently offer Starter (€20/month) and Pro (€40/month) plans. Features and pricing may be updated with notice.
Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If a technical issue prevents you from using the Service, contact us at support@resumegpt.info within 7 days and we will assess refund eligibility.
Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before increasing subscription prices.
The CVs, cover letters, and other content generated by Resumégpt are produced using artificial intelligence. While we work to ensure quality, AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular role or employer.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated documents before submitting them to employers. Resumégpt does not guarantee any employment outcome.
Your content. You retain ownership of all personal information, career data, and content you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for delivering the Service.
Generated documents. The CVs and cover letters generated for you are yours to use for personal job applications without restriction.
Our platform. All software, design, trademarks, branding, AI logic, and the Resumégpt platform are owned by Resumégpt. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not remove core functionality without notice to paid subscribers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resumégpt's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turku, Finland.
